Juvenile Court


Like most counties in Tennessee, Coffee County’s General Sessions Courts share Juvenile Court jurisdiction. Juvenile Courts have jurisdiction in cases involving minors alleged to be delinquent and/or unruly, or dependent and/or neglected. Juvenile Court also hear cases involving truancy, termination of parental rights, child support and other domestic relations cases. There are two divisions in the Coffee County Juvenile Courts with an elected Judge to serve in each division. Judge Greg Perry presides over all matters in Part I. Judge Gerald Ewell presides over all matters in Part II.

Calendar

Dependent/neglect cases are held on Mondays and Thursdays. Unruly/Delinquent cases begin at 9:00 am on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of every month . Child Support cases are held monthly.
