Juvenile Court


Like most counties in Tennessee, Coffee County’s General Sessions Courts share Juvenile Court jurisdiction. Juvenile Courts have jurisdiction in cases involving minors alleged to be delinquent and/or unruly, or dependent and/or neglected. Juvenile Court also hear cases involving truancy, termination of parental rights, child support and other domestic relations cases. There are two divisions in the Coffee County Juvenile Courts with an elected Judge to serve in each division. Judge Greg Perry presides over all matters in Part I. Judge Jere Ledsinger presides over all matters in Part II.

Calendar

Juvenile Court is held on Monday and Thursday of each week and Tuesday afternoons. Dependent/neglect cases are held on Mondays and Thursday. Unruly/Delinquent cases are held on Tuesday afternoons. Child Support cases are held monthly.
