Coffee County Government is accepting sealed bids from qualified companies for the Manchester Library Circulation Desk Project.  Project specifications are available at the Coffee County Office of Accounts & Budgets, by emailing , or by calling our office at 931-723-5102.  Sealed proposals will be accepted at our office located in the Coffee County Administrative Plaza, Office of Accounts & Budgets, 1329 McArthur Street, Suite 5, Manchester, Tennessee 37355 until Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2pm CST.   The sealed envelope must be marked “Manchester Library Circulation Desk Project Bid”.  The proposals will be opened immediately after in Conference Room #1.   No emailed, faxed, or late bids will be accepted.
